We want you to be satisfied with eMoment.io. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for Pro plan subscriptions.

1. Free Trial and Free Plan

eMoment.io offers a Free plan that allows you to explore the platform before subscribing to a paid plan. We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before upgrading.

2. Refund Eligibility

Within 7 Days of First Purchase

If you are unsatisfied with the Pro plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription purchase. This applies only to first-time subscribers.

After 7 Days

Refunds are generally not available after the 7-day window. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Extended service outages (more than 24 hours) during your billing period
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Unauthorized transactions (with supporting evidence)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Partial months or unused subscription time after cancellation
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (content varies by input)
  • Failure to cancel before renewal date
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@emoment.io with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Razorpay transaction ID (if available)

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel:

  • You retain Pro access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings.
