These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eMoment.io ("the Service"), operated by eMoment Technologies. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Service Description

eMoment.io is an AI-powered platform that identifies emerging trends and generates content strategies. The Service includes trend analysis, content generation (text, images, and video), and subscription management.

3. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • Access to trend dashboard
  • Up to 3 content generations per day
  • Basic trend insights

Pro Plan

  • Unlimited content generations
  • AI image and video generation
  • Advanced trend analytics
  • Priority support

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you generate through the Service. By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users given similar inputs. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI systems
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Automate access to the Service beyond provided APIs
  • Use generated content in ways that violate third-party rights
  • Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publishing or distributing it.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice for planned downtime when possible.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eMoment.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
